European Yoga Festival 2009

Back from the 2009 European Yoga Festival. This year's theme was the Subtle Body and it made the festival itself SO subtle. Everything was incredibly gentle EVEN White Tantra. Great one for beginners to settle them in softly to the festival.

My 4th festival in a row and I simply loved it. We had super hot glorious weather. Only rained on one day (the morning of the 2nd day of Tantra).

I did the Shakti Dance workshop every morning and Nanak Dev's Gong Workshop every afternoon = bliss!

I haven't done sadhana since I returned but will do ...... at some point..... famous last words.....

Karta Kaur's all camp workshop was fabulous! Go London!

The whole vibe this year was so relaxed and chilled. Loved it. I will also attach a photo of the opening ceremony.
