Well this blog has the word "truths" on the end, so here are some... finally
I only wear my turban about 11 days a year (I do wear a white bandana when I teach though), but something happened this Sunday morning; I got an urge to put it on. Then I got an urge to do some yoga. So I put on the Kundalini Yoga for Empowering Women DVD and did the full set plus relaxation plus the inner anger meditation. Then I did the celestial communication meditation on the same DVD. I wore my turban for the rest of the day, and felt sad when I took it off. Anyway my stomach muscles are killing me today! So I am going to do it really often now, to tone up.
Even though I have blogged about sadhana, I haven't got that far yet, but want to and feel closer to it now. I do sadhana at retreats and at the yoga festival, but have never got into a proper routine in my own home. I would love to do sadhana with others and there are loads round London, but I don't drive.
Anyway, bye for now, wish me luck on my Kundalini journey within :-)
